Was needing some help for an essay in a management course that I have that has to include metrics of a balanced scorecard for an organization that I have chosen and worked on in past weeks, and also other different organizations that is both comparable to mine and one that is not. Here are the following that is required:

Purpose of Assignment

The purpose of this assignment is increase learners’ knowledge of ways to effectively use the balanced scorecard to measure organizational performance.

You may use the same organization you used in previous weeks. (Below are documents attached of essays that I wrote of a past healthcare organization that I worked for).

Review the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard Module in Section 16.3 of Management: A Practical Introduction to practice reading and evaluating the information it presents. (Attached below is a copy from my course material that has to include those “specific” four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard Module to talk about, including formatting a chart in the essay for each organization of those specific topics of the Balanced Scorecard metrics).

Use the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard and your company documents ( Documents attached below, my organization was “OhioHealth”)

Determine the possible metrics for each quadrant for your organization, include chart to format on the essay (This would be my organization of “OhioHealth” nutrition services department).

Explore the website for an organization comparable to yours. (This I am having trouble with and do not know which other “different” organization that would be good to use to compare my healthcare organization’s nutrition services department to use?)

Determine the possible metrics for each quadrant for the organization, include chart to format on the essay. (Again this would include another comparable organization researched on a website, but am having trouble with figuring out which one would be comparable to mine to use?)

Explore the website for an organization not comparable to yours.(This I am trouble with as well to research another organization that would “not” be comparable to mine and would be good to use that is “different” from my healthcare organization’s nutrition services department to use?)

Determine the possible metrics for each quadrant for the organization, include chart to format on the essay. (Again, this would include another “different” organization that is not compared to mine researched on a website, but am having trouble with figuring out which one would be good to use that is “not” comparable to my chosen organization of the “OhioHealth” nutrition services department).

Compare metrics for both organizations versus the metrics for your organization. (All together, three charts needed to format for each organization’s balanced scorecard module for the essay to write about).

Complete a 700-word summary including the following:

• Introduction
• Identify the metrics for your organization.
• Identify the metrics for the comparable organization.
• Identify the metrics for the non-comparable organization.
• Summarize how the metrics differ.
• Identify potential performance gaps in your organization.
• Recommend actions to reduce the performance gaps.
