This Report will be about a Bus transportation company which will be based in Oman.

Consider that as a part of a new project, you have to prepare an initial report focusing on project scope and other business influential factors. You are required to explore the wider concepts of project management to prepare the report.

Task 1: Write a scope statement for the selected project. Your scope statement must include

– Justification: A brief statement regarding the business need your project addresses.

– Product Scope Description: The characteristics of the products, services, and/or results your project will produce.

– Cost, Timeline and Budget..

For the project chosen, identify at least 6 stakeholders which must include three each from internal and external stakeholder respectively.

e. List At Least 5 Open Source Project Management tools, choose one of them and do a thorough study of its key features with respect to scheduling and controlling of project tasks. Present your observation with suitable evidence.
