This week you will use your target organization and one other organization of your choice. Use the article, “Entrepreneurs Share Strategies at Business Press Event” (Richter, 2017) as a guide to assist you in choosing an organization and strategy.
For each organization, choose one of the eleven business strategies and provide both the definition of the strategy and an example of how it is applied in the organization. Use the sample form as displayed below and in Table 5.4 of the textbook and identify an example other than those provided in the book.
