Using the attached document as a format reference, write a letter to me using Microsoft Word about your favorite previous teacher, mentor, or academic advisor.

In the first paragraph, provide a brief description of your chosen person and your relationship with him/her. (2-4 sentences)

In the second paragraph, provide a bulleted list of at least three qualities/characteristics that made this person exceptional. Be sure to include a lead-in sentence before the list of items.

In the third paragraph, summarize how this person has impacted your career and/or education. (2-4 sentences)
