Leadership development is a never-ending process. As a leader in today’s workforce, it is important to grow and learn. In your paper, address the following:

1. Define the concepts of leadership development.
2. Describe a situation at work in which you used one or more of these practices:

• Self-adequacy
• Leading tasks
• Leadership impact

1. Why did you choose this behavior or these behaviors?
2. What was the outcome in terms of handling a challenge in the workplace?
