How about when Amazon bought the Whole Foods market chain?
I read somewhere that Amazon implemented changes almost as soon as they took over, like you could now buy some of Amazon’s tech in Whole Foods, and that they dropped the prices store wide to compete with WalMart.
That one is relevant and relatively new regarding a reorganization and expansion.
