   • Describe the top three best practices to build HR strategy. Note: Refer to page 19 of the “Human Resource Strategy” article.
   • Analyze why these best practices can build HR strategy.
   • Describe personal experiences with the 2016 Gallup Q12® Meta-Analysis Report statements. Given below are the questions based on the 12 statements. Review the questions in Table 1 on page 6 of the “Human Resource Strategy” article. Now, state and answer each of these questions from your experiences with a current or former employer.
     1. Do you know what is expected of you at work?
     2. Do you have the materials and equipment to do your work right?
     3. At work, do you have the opportunity to do what you do best every day?
     4. In the last seven days, have you received recognition or praise for doing good work?
     5. Does your supervisor, or someone at work, seem to care about you as a person?

     8. Does the mission/purpose of your company make you feel your job is important?

   • Assess how responses to personal experiences impact own thinking toward HR strategy.
   • Explain if the selected business is positioned to remain competitive based on personal analysis. Whether your business is small or large, domestic or global, why or why not will it remain competitive?
