I would like to see how well you are able to relate the material you

have been learning in this class to real world events and happenings.

For this assignment, I would like you to write me, as your “boss”, a business memo that addresses a current issue or concern in international logistics and outsourcing as it relates to the material that has been covered this far in the course.

I know this is broad, and I am purposely not giving you more specific details or instructions, but more often than not, this is the way it happens in real world business situations. I believe one of the most difficult yet important transitions that you will make in moving from the college to professional setting is from being told exactly what to do and what is needed to be given a problem and asked to figure it out. I hope that this assignment will help to facilitate that transition.
