When interviewing candidates for a position in any organization it’s important to ask all candidates the same questions so a true comparison can be made among the candidates. Describe your organization, which should be based on your current or chosen profession (Sports Agent), and define the position for which you’re interviewing candidates. Then list five (5) questions you plan to ask each candidate. For each question provide a sentence or two explaining why you feel it is important. Be sure your questions comply with the rules, regulations, and laws addressed in the reading.
