The second assignment will require an interview and a written assessment of a chosen manager. You will prepare a questionnaire that must be pre-approved by your instructor. The questionnaire is intended to probe a real manager’s perspective of important skills, knowledge, and challenges that he/she feels are important to their success. The questionnaire will be a basis for an in-person interview with the manager and a broader study of at least three topics that are covered in the text. The submission will be a four page written analysis of your findings due in week 8 of this course.
