With any project, its vision, scope, and schedules are often identified by the shortest of descriptions. Project managers hold a pivotal position in the success of the project in that they are virtually always considered a facilitator for the communication between those who will do the work, those who will consume what is created, and those who will manage the people and the work. Building upon these assumptions, in your own words prepare a two or three (2-3) page summary of the challenges faced by a project manager in being able to clearly identify stakeholders’ needs, and their importance as a critical measure of a project’s overall success. Include anything that comes to mind from your experiences in the workplace, schools, etc. Make sure to follow the formatting requirements detailed in the requirements above; points will be deducted from documents that do not conform to the standard.
