There are many Improvement Team ground rules, but the three that stick out to me are staying focused on the improvement goal, actively listening to and considering the opinions of others and addressing conflict by dealing with the issue, not the person ( Please elaborate on these, why you think they are most important.) What is the relationship between team motivation and quality improvement? If you were the team leader, how would you refocus and motivate the team toward achieving the performance improvement goal?
