Discussion 1: Scream-Free Communication

Go to www.screamfree.com and check out the site, paying particular attention to the blog posts and/or podcasts. How can being “scream free” as it’s discussed on the site affect your communication in the workplace? How does it relate to the topics from this week’s reading assignment?
