Below is the instructions for the paper and in BOLD AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE IS THE TOPIC AND BRIEF OUTLINE OF WHAT THE PAPER SHOULD CONSIST OF!

The paper for this course should be 7-8 pages in length.(not including references) They should be double-spaced, using an 11 font. APA style should be utilized for noting sources within the paper and for the format of your reference page. Your paper should have a minimum of eight sources of articles, etc. that you will get information from to assist you in writing your paper.

Each of the papers should be written in the following format:

Introduction

This section should be utilized to describe the topic of your paper and to give a brief discussion of how you will be exploring your topic area.

Review of Literature

This section of the paper should be used to describe what the research says about your topic and the various arguments concerning your topic.

Discussion/Conclusion

This section of the paper should be utilized to summarize the literature on your topic and to formulate your own conclusion on the topic based upon your research and personal beliefs.

References

The last page of your paper should be the list of references you found on your topic, presented in APA format.

Proposed Topics: Equity in College Athletics, This paper will discuss the problems of budgets that every school has that is not a FBS football school goes through

Brief Outline: University Of Texas has the biggest budget in College athletics and for them to perform in the sports the way that they does not match up with the budgeting. Texas football and basketball has been down the past few years and with some of the schools that has large budgets there should be some type of revenue sharing with some of the smaller schools so that everyone is one the same playing field. I will discuss School budgeting, Paying College athletes for schools in the Top 5 major conferences and revenue sharing.
