Attached to this message there are two example of what is to be done with the statute summaries . Both are very complex statutes, but the kept the summary for each to just a few paragraphs, with links to more complete information. You should try to compose a summary of the statute assigned to you along the lines of what I did with the Railway Labor Act and the Davis-Bacon Act. Keep in mind that you want to be brief enough for the summary to be useful, but also to include enough to inform everyone of the issues dealt with by the statute. The statue assigned is the Electronic Communication Privacy Act (1986, amnd 2015)
