Prepare a 3- to 5-page research paper on how to do fundamental tax research. Your paper should include:
- Your rationale for the need for tax research
- The different types and levels of authority
- The fundamental steps required to conduct tax research

You can obtain such literature from CSU-Global Library using ABI/INFORM. Use key terms such as “LLC,” “Taxation,” etc., and limit your search to scholarly literature. You can also use Google Scholarand www.ssrn.com.
