Groupon (Grouponworks.com) is a location-based service that helps consumers find local deals and assists merchants in attracting and managing customers.

What is Groupon’s value proposition for its featured businesses? How does Groupon make their revenues? As a business owner, would you invest in Groupon to generate business? If so, why? If not, why not?
