You will select a current (living) leader (from your discipline of study—media, communication, journalism, etc.) and analyze his/her successes or failures in light of leadership theories, models, or metrics. This paper focuses attention on how well (or poorly) a current media figure has led his/her organization and analyzes WHY that was the case.

Communications is the area of focus for this paper. The leader should come from this area.

Leadership theories must also be tied into the paper and a works cited page is required.

This paper must be a minimum of 5 pages.
