Week 2 – Case Study – Implementing Effective Change

Two Parts to this assignment:

Part I:

Answer the DQ’s in 50 words or more (be specific):

Think of a non-work organization to which you belong (family, religious organization, club, etc.) and provide an example of a change the organization made or tried to make. Did the change proceed smoothly and successfully? What might have been done differently to improve the process?

Part II:

Read “Blue Cloud Gets Agile”, attached.

Read at least two scholarly articles that address theories of effective change implementation. (Give the reference links to the articles)

Write a paper of approximately 750 words that synthesizes popular theories of effective change implementation and applies those theories to the “Blue Cloud Gets Agile” case study. Your paper should include the following:
